I have a friend who is married, they've been married 10+ years, he makes fun me for my lifestyle of not actively seeking a woman sometimes but he isn't actually trying to hurt me in doing so he just doesn't understand it.

That said, his wife has told him she doesn't feel anything for him any longer and even laying in bed next to him is awkward. She will be moving out soon if they can't "make it work". They have two kids, and he's pretty dependent on her. It's pretty much crushed him.

They're around the same age, and well, both have pretty low SMV going by that theory, she hasn't rode the carousel yet too much before him, but I think she believes she still has a chance on it... but she's already hit her wall... HARD...

I'm friends with both but a realist, I'm pretty sure they're done as a couple, but this will hurt him a lot more than her.

Between this and another friend who is just a glutton for punishment (he dated a woman with 3 kids who didnt listen to her the youngest being 11 still sleeping in the same bed... and she believed in astrology...)

Hearing and see their past actions make me feel like I've made the right choice, no drama, no bullshit, just me living how I choose.
