I believe Jordan Peterson said something along the lines of "we see a trend among female doctors where the more females you have the more doctors you need."

Essentially, women want to work fewer hours because of family and children so more are needed.

Rarely do you see any industry where the actually grade people get in their studies matters. When you enter the workforce no one expects you to know more than the bare minimum and you throw away 90% of what you've learned anyway. Passing your course/program is a sufficient indicator that you can be trained for the job. But there's no point training you if you're just going to leave. Consistent hard work trumps good grades every time. Leaving your profession and renouncing the oath is divorcing your industry. You've taken up a spot from a man who would have provided so many productive working hours for the community. These pathetic women will never understand.

Everyone deserves a chance. Someone's life can be easily ruined by them. Imagine passing the exam and being told that you failed and how wold you feel finding out about it later. This just isn't fair to someone who studied hard.
