By the token of that picture, for me, MGTOW is not only about controlling my lust in regard to women's allures in which can ruin my integrity and independence. It is also about being very considerate as to how I choose the circle of my acquiantances. I used to have a pack of long time friends, which betrayed me. What I have learnt is that you can never trust anyone, be it a woman, a man, and hell, even yourself. Monk mode seems to be the only proper path for me.
