I feel like this should be intuitive, but I’ve seen it fucked up so many times, I want to write about it.

To be alpha DOES NOT mean treat girls like shit. Girls don’t like that! Nobody likes that! Any part of you that thinks girls like that is just a disdainful, sad little beta who’s been hurt in the past.

No, girls like affection. You should give them affection. Be kind. Dread does not mean treating them like shit, it means filling them with wonder - if you get mad at your LTR/plate and stop texting her and then she drives past your house and sees your car in the driveway, she’s not gonna think “how attractive!” she’s gonna think “what an emotional dick.”

If you don’t respond to her because you’re out with your boys playing some sports or volunteering or whatever other hobby, then you aren’t being a dick, you’re being interesting and elusive.

And THAT’S the point. Some men think being a dick is the way to keep her attention, some think showering her with attention is the way. Neither is true. BE affectionate, BUT have other things to do. Treat her like a princess, BUT ONLY WHEN YOU REALLY FEEL LIKE IT. If you’re being affectionate and she gets bored, that means she’s with you too often, and that means you need to increase the value of your time. You can’t fake scarcity (for long).

It’s this simple. If you’re good to her, but you spend most days at home playing Skyrim and ignoring her, she’ll think you suck. If you’re good to her, but spend most days ignoring her doing cool, fun, interesting stuff, she’ll love you.

TRP is ironically, largely about getting women OFF your mind. If you do stuff for the sake of having stuff to fill your time so you can purposely ignore your woman, you’re a weirdo. Just do stuff cause it’s fun, and your value will increase all naturally. Badabing.
