Tell her you suffer from depression and cannot handle a relationship right now as you can barely take care of yourself let alone another person.

Never reveal you are mgtow.

If you just outright reject her it’s going to cause drama, and will likely make her even more attracted to you, so this is also a bad option.

You want to make yourself seem undesirable so that she is the one who rejects you.

Let her know you have a vasectomy, are planning on downgrading to a lesser paying job because it's less drama (or staying in a current low paying job for the same reason), and plan on moving back home because you're just tired of working so much.

when people ask my why I don't date "why the hell would I want to go through that again?" is my go to answer. I just tell people I don't date if they push it. No other explanation needed. And don't bother mentioning MGTOW, google has labeled us alt-right nazis. It will just bring you more headaches.
