This shouldn't matter to MGTOW and not even to TRP-MGTOWs; we're not the guys marrying these women. There's nothing bad about being a slut perse. STDs and hygiene are a big concern, but you should always wrap up anyway and maintain some standards.

This is more of a tradcon thing: sluts and whores aren't marriage material. Humans are not naturally monogamous, so in the past, all these rules were enforced to alleviate and/or by-pass natural tendencies we have.
