When I don't take my supplements I'll pretty much feel like a depressed gross slug most of the day. They're quite reguvinating in subtle ways, I recommend taking some just for happiness sake. Very large portion of the world has stomach/intestinal issues, meaning no matter how much you eat some nutrients aren't going to be absorbed as much as others. Aka, defeciency. Supplements are the way to go if you have the spare money.

Get on a multi-vitamin. I recommend Centrum for Men. When you cum, you lose a lot of minerals, especially Zinc. Lack of Zinc can tire you out.

Some believe that sperm is your life force. When I read all the minerals it contain, I believe them. Whores who swallow must be healthy as fuck then since it absorbs into their bloodstream. As gross as that was, it does work as a vitamin for anyone who does that. Annnyway...

As far as food, just don't over do the junk food and you'll be ok. Not sure if you're old enough to drink, but if you are and do; beer is sort of a multi-vitamin (look it up if you don't believe me) I wouldn't rely on that alone, just throwing out a weird fact.

Not sure if fapping is your issue. Vitamin deficiencies are a real thing tho. No vitamin C = scurvy. No calcium = weak bones. No vitamin D = bad immune system and mood.

These are generalizations but for example I try to eat veggies and meats and fruits. But I still take a calcium/zinc/magnesium supplement before bed plus vitamin D. If I forget a few days in a row I absolutely notice my mood declining.

I take B complex sometimes for a boost. I take iodine sometimes which really helps energy levels.

I don't take multivitamins but between my diet and the stuff I do take, I do pretty well.

Vitamins are worth researching. Both the type (vitamin a, etc) and the brand. Quality varies widely between brands.

Unless you're fapping a lot, I don't think it's really to blame. I'm probably at an average 1.2 times per day since I found out about it, 16-odd years ago. But I also take the kinds of vitamins that it puts out so that may play into it.

To add, try cutting out processed sugars. You don't have to completely cut it out. Hell, I just bought a pack of dinosours today lol. But you can't live on sugar alone. Besides putting yourself at risk of diabeetus, it causes all kinds of inflammation and the crashes are real.
