I am an orthopedic & sports medicine expert and after cardio exercise, the second most important priority for men should be flexibility work and last place priority would be resistance training. If you have testosterone and are biologically male, you usually already meet normal baseline standards for strength (that is why women will hand you a jar to open or a suitcase to lift) but a majority of men do not meet baseline flexibility measures. This is why (spiritual benefits aside) yoga is and should be geared toward men. Some rare men are both flexible and strong in one package. They are called great natural athletes and there is a high demand for them and a low supply. That accounts for the high salaries of professional athletes. These men can and should focus primarily on their cardio stamina and just maintaining the strength and flexibility they have been gifted with. All the rest of us need stretching more than strengthening.

Unfortunately, the stretching world has become feminized because women are usually biologically more flexible than men and it comes easiest to them. They despise the thing they need the most but stink at, namely resistance training. They usually have an excuse not to hit the weight room because they are afraid to be embarrassed. This is why men avoid yoga- it sucks to look incompetent in front of a roomful of women and usually in this area you cannot compete in their "sport ". It therefore makes tremendous sense for men to reclaim yoga for their own if not for the spiritual benefits than for increased athleticism, lower chance of injury and better chances of healing from injury when they occur.

If it makes Migtow guys any happier or are looking for some karmic revenge, the medical literature as well as my own observations are showing a huge upspike in hyper flexibility injuries in women due to their cult like obsession with stretching and over stretching. Just saying.
