I was NoFap because I was living in a country where pornography was illegal and most porn sites were blocked by the government.

Never experienced any "results". So I think this NoFap stuff is 100% placebo.

I do no fap + Monk Mode. It's pretty awesome. Hit the gym hard and tire yourself out and try to keep your mind preoccupied otherwise. I notice huge changes in my mood around day 5 and that continues so far indefinitely (longest streak is 22 days so far but I've done several 2 week+ streaks).

Just keep yourself busy.... There are ample works always for everyone. Keep doing your works. Being a mgtow and nofap person I assure you, you will have more than enough time to do all the work. Focus on building muscles, succeeding in your profession, getting extra degrees, anything you would like to do..... Just go for it bro

On a no porn & no sexual release challenge. Currently in month 2.5, and can say that if you are doing it for the mental muscle - then yes, it's worth it.

Has helped sharpen my mindset and business focus.

Will not be something I do forever. For now though, it is serving a purpose and is an area I encourage other men to build the mental fortitude.

Do it for you, for your own reasons.

Personally, I am in the mindset of making sure that when I choose to engage with a woman, it is not because I "need" the sex, validation or attention.

It's a different dynamic when being around a ONS, I just do not have sex or any release from her. This has created a different path and helps with being able to evaluate women with clarity.

When the mind has to look beyond what a woman provides that is not physical gratification, it clears the way to see who she is - rather than what we may want to see to justify our own desires.
