These simple metrics are all about equality.

I have a great job. So no dead end job. (retail, fast-food, etc)

I am physically fit. So she must have some sort of an active lifestyle.

I'm in school for my BS. So she has gotta be hitting the books.

I have a car and my own place. So she need to be an Independent Woman^^TM .

80% of the women in my area do not meet this criteria. Of the women that do; they're disqualified if they have a child.
