Become a carpenter or builder. Go to Europe and learn it in Germany or Austria. Everyone and their mother study nowadays and in 5 years there are rarely people left for building houses. Most of them will be amateurs.

My father build something for my sister there. And she said "this is not Germany, it doesn't have to be that good!"

Even if you suck, you will have work with no ends. If you are good, you can charge big money.

The quality I saw in Britain was laughable. Cheap and quickly build. But people don't have money anymore so they need to keep this houses livable. More work for you.

I did that. Work multiple jobs and max out every form of savings and tax deferred investment I could. You won’t want to work multiple jobs later. Also, the more you work, the less time you have to be wasting money going out getting drunk and pissing your money away needlessly. You’re too busy, and when you live cheap you see bank accounts filling up quickly.

Another good thing is make sure you can’t access your money easily. Such as investing so you can’t make a fool decision to spend, but you take several days to a week to get access to your money. Prevents any illogical rash decisions from happening. You can’t just blow it on a sports car if you have to sell stock wire funds, etc which takes several days to resolve.

You are correct. So gradually accumulate capital, for example, buy shares in high-quality, dividend-paying companies, which will not only build capital but also cash flow. (Or get mutual funds that pay dividends). Some people buy a small house or apartment and rent it. Investing rather than overspending, is the way to go for a young man.
