LOL a little backstory would help in understanding the situation but both parties involved obviously know each other and from the way she responded to the "are you free to talk" message, there are only two possible explanations:

Homeboy has been trying/ has tried in the past to give her the D or probably already done that but shit went sour afterwards. Anyway, long story short, there's some history between these two.
She's just batshit crazy and needs to be institutionalized ASAP.

I'm leaning towards the first scenario though.

On a side note, dude may not even have been interested in the phone at all but only brought it up because of how she reacted to his initial message LOL
