It's all genetics. The older you get the better your beard will be if you have the right genetics. It took me until I was 40 before I could grow a good beard. The trick is that you just have to let it grow out for 1-2 years before you can sculpt it if you have spotty patches or slow growth.

Hey bro i have a 10 inch beard. It takes alot of maintainence beard oil balm and conditioner first off. Grow for a minimum of 120 days no trimming it at all at that point decide what style you want it if you are not a barber dont cut it pay a barber to trim it for you i get mine trimmed every 8 weeks or so i like my beard long. Beard growth is genetic i can grow a good beard but its very slow for me some guys can grow my length in 6 or 8 months it would take me 12 to 14 months.

Now to answer your question take biotin you can buy it anywhere it improves hair growth i take it. Now you can use minoxodil foam(rogaine) but understand once its in your blood it goes everywhere so back hair chest legs all over brother. So do your research... caution there are alot of scammers out thete who sell bullshit products no different then trying to sell big dick pills or placebo diet pills.

Avoid female harmone rich foods - e.g. soy. As others said - increase Testosterone.

Last note - who cares about beard ? It's what inside that counts.
