Regarding that for refilling the cooler. I offered to help. I genuinely believed she just never did it and doesn't know the process. She looked strange when I was standing near her and saying what she should do. At that moment I understood that she doesn't want to learn but wants me to do it, at which point I've said to her stare: "What?! You have two hands too.". She proceeded to do it and wasn't so happy anymore. Her smile disappeared.

I treat women as men for a long time now. Best thing ever. If a woman has a birthday or something and you have to buy her a gift by any chance, buy her a set of tools, especially if she's a strong and independent feminist. The look on their faces is priceless.

Opportunities in the workplace are shrinking (automation/outsourcing/economic changes) expect more strategic uses of "sexual harrasment" as opportunites vanish.

You don't even need to say or do anything just being in her presence is enough because you make her uncomfortable. Great way to get rid of competition or expensive talent at least until it's your ass on the line.

I feel as though free speech in general is being censored. People at work don’t joke around anymore and it feels like you cant say the wrong thing to someone. Not work like appropriate and you will get in trouble. People are being offended easily left and right, and now I just feel as if you can’t say anything anymore. It’s a shame that you cant really socialize and make work fulfilling with others when your afraid to say the wrong thing. Now I just decide to be forward with people about work conversations and nothing else.

Then you get brought into HR for being hostile towards other coworkers because you aren't smiling. Because you aren't smiling at them, they feel threatened. A few weeks back there was a post from someone who said they were brought into HR because they didn't say "hi" to some woman, in another department, who he never met, and didn't know her name. You really cant win if you work for a big company. If men start ignoring women in the workplace, they will just up the crazy.

Thankfully I work graveyards so I avoid most of the cackling hens, but at this point I rarely even speak to them. I'm fairly sure they think I'm rude or something, but I just trust men more, and for good reason I think.

Same here. Eating alone and reading up on property investments and entrepreneurship. Nutrition and working out. Or learning to drive better lol ( my parking skills and turning still sucks ass ) you know, things to better myself.

Knowing that my time is not being wasted and is used for self improvement is enough for me.

Men and women, at least in western society seem to be rapidly becoming two distinct species in territorial and economic conflict.

This may be mere science fiction, but what if, due to the advent of the Birth control pill, women become forever changed from their original evolutionary biology. What if Women are now evolving into some hybrid, semi-genderless pharmacological experiment where hormones and genetics are in now conflict with unpredictable results?

One could hypothecate, and certainly this idea is worth further study by an expert, (certainly I am not), that western women of this generation, who are the result of life under the hormonal engineering of the pill, are developing into a non-female genotype so as to deviate from their original evolutionary biologic legacy, while men remain true to their biology. Here is an even more bizarre science fiction plot: women become so impacted through this long term hormonal treatment so as to morph into non-female mutants, and humanity will require artificial wombs that at least function as a means to preserve the species.

In one respect, I love the MeToo thing. First men were oppressing women by keeping them out of the workplace. Fine. Come in to the workplace.

NOW they're not happy because of the current 'open door' policy most men are taking (NEVER be alone in a room with a woman with the door closed, she could invent a sexual harassment complaint). See, since men won't be alone with women in the workplace, and men still tend to be managers, so women can't find mentors or work their way up the corporate ladder.

That's what happens when you paint half of society as sexual predators.
