But I would hypothesize further that the reason women have a greater urge to travel than men on average is because they have an instinct to expand the gene pool of the potential mates they encounter in order to mate with more dominant men. The top 20% of a larger gene pool is much more likely to be more genetically dominant than the top 20% of a smaller gene pool.
