It's extremely faux-pas for men to say anything about these topics as they are regarded as the primary perpetrators. Many perpetrators of rape/sexual abuse were themselves abused. The only male voices that are allowed to talk freely are those of transwomen, who have achieved universal victim status.

Firstly, the idea that men commit significantly more sexual assault / harassment is probably false

Secondly, what kind of logic is "only the cases that fit how the majority of them are should get attention"? By that logic, I could just as well say "And though women can certainly be the victims of violence, the majority of homicide and assault victims are men", so it's okay for me to start ignoring female victims of violence, right?

Otherwise, even if women were only a small minority of predators (which they're not), that wouldn't mean they shouldn't be addressed or that sexual assault / harassment should be treated as something that's exclusively a thing men do to women

Men are accountable whereas most of the time women have no concept of accountability or personal responsibility.

So if, as a man, you say how you were assaulted, how is that going to help anything? Just make sure it doesn't happen again. Learn from the situation, as men learn through our experiences. We repeat things that lead to success, and avoid those things that lead to failure.

Also, women are taught that all their problems and solutions are solved externally. As in, they look for someone else to open the pickle jar, whereas men rarely have that option, and have to figure out out to handle their problems and solutions on their own.

Men have expectations and responsibility to keep shit working, you can't just blame and shame others effectively. It doesn't solve anything real, whereas that's usually the primary go to for women.
