honestly I know nietzche is like the normy's philosopher but he if you explore his work and go into the details with his work, he really is one of the best. I pretty much always try to live with master morality, and I like his viewpoint on staying healthy and taking care of yourself. Sad his sister basically twisted all his work into something different. but Getting past all that lmao, I think nietzche is a really good read.

I'd heard that the reason we get anxiety over being judged by the in-group is because of some survival instinct leftover from our caveman days where being rejected by the tribe meant having to hunt and forage alone which drastically reduced survival odds for the individual. I like to think this is what Aristotle meant when he said the man who prefers his own isolation is either a wild beast or a God among men.
