Last week I took home a coworker from an office party. She's in an LTR and they live together.

Backstory; meet her about 2 years ago at work. I saw her a handful of times since, all work related, and there has always been a connection and chemistry.

I hadn't seen her for about 6 months when she reached out to me online. I asked her out for coffee, we met, had a nice time, andwent on our seperate ways.

No real contact until the work do last week. There was a lot of kino and flirtation when she came for a cigarette outside with me. We got close, I kissed her, and suggested we got out of there. We both said our goodbyes, then left together (at least a few people saw us leave together, and she wasn't exactly being discreet about it).

Fast forward to the early hours of the morning when she's thinking about leaving my place. She's looking really sad and saying now she's going to face interrogation when she gets home etc. I did my best to reassure her that we will keep this between ourselves, etc.

I'm a bit worried because although we work in different locations we're both managers and report to the same boss, so habe some interactions at work.

Before you let rip- no this wasn't a smart thing to do but these things happen.

Basically, I'm looking for advise on how to mitigate anything bad at work coming from this.
