Few suggestions;

Tell your friend to make sure his girl see’s him attracting/interacting with girls of either similar or higher attractiveness to herself.
Soft dread, maybe don’t respond to her texts for a period of longer than 20-30 minutes when he’s out of the house. Tell him to go out with the boys and enjoy himself on the weekends, post a vid on social media with some girls in the immediate vicinity if that’s a possibility and ignore the inevitable “WTF” text he’ll get once he see’s . Sounds like she’s his whole world and that’s no good.
Tell him to start withholding some of the attention and finances he’s probably got invested in her to a progressively noticeable level.
Is he married? If not just encourage him to dump her (unless he really wants to keep her), even then if he’s married it may be time to find a good lawyer.
