The same criticisms are put at the mgtow content creators on youtube. The reason that some much of the content is focussed on women is that gynocentrism is such a significant part of everyone's childhood, education, culture, politics and law. So to break away from women as the centre of all existence requires constant coaching and re-affirmation. A daily dose of red pill if you like.

The cars and motorbikes only started appearing on this subreddit about 2 weeks ago. It won't be long before it goes back to normal. But equally these are all symbols of what men are able to achieve if they concentrate on their own success.

Yeah the odd bit of bullshit on a reddit post. I'm sure we'll all live.

Men I think are tired of always being told to stfu or man up. We need a place to vent frustrations and talk about what’s important to us and actually have people to engage with.

Don't you think that there is a striking similarity between the crazy cat lady who treats her animals as children and MGTOW's who treat objects like motorcycles, boats, cars, as their children? Same mentality, different object of obsession.

Not sure what the point is, people like things. Many the things here are things you generally can't do in a marriage.

I find it fascinating that an entire movement dedicated to going away from women spends the majority of their time discussing women. I check this sub frequently and I think 50% (being generous) of posts are about women attempting to justify the MGTOW movement. The irony is not lost on me.

As always, MGTOW is not a movement. It's an individual lifestyle choice. People choose to do it their own way.

It's not justification. No one has to justify anything. If asked, people give individual opinions as to why what they are. There's no commonality of reasoning.

Blatantly made up stories on here occur regularly. Where the story is so insane that I am just thinking - that probably didn't happen. This person is just using the platform and a made-up story to justify their ideology.

Not an ideology. I'm sure you're a SJW so you're used to collective ideologies, but an individual lifestyle choice is individual.

On 1, the difference between the two is not difficult to see. Imagine a stereotypical example of each one in your mind. The cat lady is miserable and deteriorating while the motorcycle man is happy and thriving.

No I don't see it way. A crazy cat lady is crazy and has a shitty lifestyles (tons of cat means uncleanliness) whereas a man who post a picture of his guitar is just showing his guitar. Ever heard of show and tell. That's basically all it is. It's a bit extreme to compare a lifestyle of a cat lady to someone who just wants to share his hobbies.

thank you for your feedback. I'm only short time a member of this subreddit. As far as I see posting cars etc. just happened for a few days or so.

I want to adress that feminists do also spend most time lamenting about men, and pursuing policies against the so called patriarchy. At the same time I think that more exchange on ideas of how to build a good live, independently from woman, makes sense.

As you may know exaggerated stories are a part of the internet age. At the same time many stories are unfortunately real. When you accuse us of not looking close at each individual case, I may tell you that your critic also doesn't differentiate.

This subreddit is reaching its end. It's being invaded by a lot of petty people. A lot of fake people. And lurkers. Mark my words - in about a year, there will be an alternative of MGTOW. This subreddit will have gone to shit, and there will be another that goes back to the roots of what this subreddit was all about.
