I've been reading this sub for a couple months now, and in addition to learning a lot, and laughing even more, I noticed something that surprised me a bit. I'm not ready to say "AMALT" but maybe "A'MGTOW'ALT" (All "MGTOWs" Are Like That).

Dozens of times when I read a thread on here where someone makes a comment, tells a story, or asks a question I see a response from a guy who either disagrees with them, calls them out for something, or generally doesn't give the OP the response they were likely looking for.

I expect that the OP will hit back, or get pissed or argue. (we men are, after all, barbarians, right?)

What does the OP do? Virtually every time, they accept the criticism or opposing opinion in stride. They often thank the person for pointing it out, and helping them to learn something new or see their position from a different perspective. No hamstering, no making excuses, no fighting. Even if the OP does disagree, they tend to just post their reasoning and engage in a civil conversation.

Very refreshing compared to places where the 'nicer sex' is dominant.

Not sure if anyone else has noticed this, but thought I'd point it out.
