Hey, former chef and chemist here. Looks tasty. Careful with that aluminium foil and acids like tomato juice, vinegar, etc. It dissolves quite readily, I don't see the telltale discoloration here so I'm sure there's little danger. It is possible to inadvertently eat large quantities of aluminum oxide and other forms by cooking with foil. It's generally regarded as 'not good' to consume large doses of aluminum. Considering all the other sources of aluminum through food and environmental contamination in modern times, it's not worth avoiding the cleanup. Don't want to be a downer at all, just looking out for a bro's health.

There is nothing like home cooking my man! I worked as a chef for years before I changed careers and I can't tell how many couples "bond" over food. It's the most wretched and disgusting thing. I prefer to make high protein, high carb meals and kick ass throughout the day.
