Modern day vasectomy does not slice open anything. In fact it is done in a way where no incision is made and thus no stitches are needed and only a slight local numbing agent is used. I experienced zero discomfort or pain and was back to normal in 2 days.

Wow I've seen so many uneducated posts about vasectomies on here, no offense. All the symptoms you mentioned have zero chance of happening. This is a vasectomy, I.E. the ONLY difference is that there is zero sperm in your semen. They cut the vas deferenes. It is not a castration... those symptoms are simply not possible because your testicles are untouched, they still produce sperm and testosterone, it just that the sperm is reabsorbed back into your body instead of making it into your semen.
Also a vasectomy is what gives you the control to decided when and if you want more kids. Just the opposite of what you said. Your body is still producing sperm and it can be used to father a child.
