Yes. If you can start now it's the best scenario. It's a habit that can become detrimental to your mental health.

For example, I know someone who is healthy why he practices no tap, but when he caves, he gets social anxiety and also rewards himself with food (because nutting makes you feel like you accomplished something) and binges to stage 2 obesity.

Another guy I know is very fit, successful, and even has friends. But he watches a lot of porn and the only way it's affected him is he has no natural ability to talk to and flirt with women. He hasn't gotten laid in 7 years and he is the highest earning and most jacked of all of the people of our graduating class. Porn satisfies him and he doesn't think he has a problem. He's picky about who he dates while also having no game. If he doesn't change, he will be targetted by a vulture in her 30s who will be bad for him but he will most likely accept it because his dry spell is likely going on 10 years.

Porn will delay your mental development in one way or another. You've been warned.
