When I was 25 I looked like I was 25, now i'm 41 I still look like i'm 25 (I hit the gym everyday, cycle to work, eat mostly salad, don't drink, don't smoke, don't take drugs).

A hottie I was interested in shunned me when I was 25, to be fair we stayed good mates and would go clubbing together and help each other hook up.

Fast forward to today, bumped into her in a department store... hell she looked about 60 and looked at me with a desparate look of craving, even kissed me when we said goodbye and said she'll be at the store at the same time everyday so we can meet again.

Havn't met her since :-D

Honestly, the wall keeps creeping up younger and younger in today's polluted society.

With all the clubbing, heavy drinking, drug abuse, loose sex, lack of sleep, medications, polluted ecosystem (water, food, air), it's no wonder really.

It's just going to get worse too for those who decide to neglect their health. Sad.
