Ghost them, completely. IF she apologizes or begs forgiveness or whatever, just remember that women use such words to get what they want. It's the equivalent of baby birds squawking, just more deceptive as forgiveness is not their actual goal.

The first time I forgave. It was part of my bluepill raising. That only led to more betrayal. Never ignore a lepord for its spots.

Ideally the best way to handle betrayal is to live a happy life. It comes in all ways and forms. For the individual the first and foremost imperative is to love thyself. Afterwards you must begin to carve out the existence you wish to achieve.

Had an ex cheat on me, I was going to lose my job and she thought I wouldn't amount to anything... decided to stab me in the back at my most vulnerable moment. Afterward I moved out, lived with a relative for a few months till I got a new job, shortly after I bought my own house.

Fast forward a few later I now have a career and more money then I ever had, esp with no GF to tie me down. I'll be camping and kayaking all summer.

Pulled the pin on the divorce grenade. Unfortunately, since I have kids with my ex wife, I still need to have a minimum of contact.

I’m no longer on social media, so it’s easier to shield myself from most of the insanity.

Divorce raped, had to keep her close to keep access to the children, they are adults now; but never never again will i get into a relationship with a woman.

The kids feel it I suspect and hope they will remain alone.
