The woman is naked because she has been exposed. The snakes spilling out of her head symbolize the poison and toxicity that was in her mind that are now out in the open and for everyone to see. The woman hides her face in embarrassment because she has been exposed.

Due to the volume of snakes, I'd say there was nothing inside except for snakes.

On an emotional level, I interpret it to mean that women (the face of individuality is unimportant) are full of evil with a thin veneer of beauty. Her life may be unfortunate, but it's entirely because her insides are evil. When you get in their head it is full of woe - it's not one contiguous whole but a disjointed mass of writhing snakes.
