clever use of the stats/attributes. I used to play games like this until I had the realization that it would be better if my real life self was improving, and not my avatar

I think there is an app for something just like this. You "get EXP" used to "level up" when you complete a workout, or when you do other tasks in life, that you plug into the app... Plus, IIRC, you can share with your friends to compete in leveling up/ track progress.
