I can't say I'm on board with the core philosophy but I just got out of a decade-long relationship (she moved away for work) and being absolutely miserable for the past few weeks, everyone here saying they enjoy single life is at least giving me some hope.

I have a job, an apartment and savings and I know this is cringy but I don't even feel like a whole person anymore. I guess I was codependent or something, because Jesus fuck it hurts. I'm growing less and less ashamed to admit that.

Please tell me, what do you enjoy about being single? Or how did you deal with your last (presumably final) relationship ending, because right now it feels like I could never date another woman

I haven't spoken to anybody but my coworkers in the past month, so sorry if this is kind of awkward. Thanks in advance.
