Hello, I'm monk mode as well. Been so since a year. I'm actually a virgin, so I don't know if that counts but here's what helped me:

masturbate as much as you need to
read "the manipulated man", "the anatomy of female power" and "predatory female" (all in the side bar) on a regular basis (shock therapy, having sex => becoming a slave)
study Epicurus (Ancient Greek philosopher, watch some youtube lectures)
don't watch porn and in general avoid visual erotic images online
try to befriend women, on a platonic level they are harmless, learn to see them just as people (optional step)
hang out a lot with male friends
go to the gym or a martial arts class

Brother, I will not lie to you and tell you this.

Going monk isn't easy. It is in our nature to lust after women, and also by our very nature. we are weak and it is easy to go back to old ways.

It is also lonely at the beginning. It will really test you. But only if you have no other aims in life other than to bed women.

My advice, after 5 years of being a monk is this:

When you wake up tomorrow, know it will be the first day of the rest of your life. Watch the sun rise. Admit to yourself that you will never be free from lusting after women, but you will become free from their negative influence.

Marry your money also. It helps. It's also an aim.

Get out and meet some alpha male types. This is good as they will occasionally call you not only to hang out, but to do manly thing, that only men can do. This adds spice to life. Like, helping fix an engine on a bike or car, drive a car that tows a broken down van. Help when they move house, lift thing, put your back into it. And you will not only gain their respect, you will have confirmed your own, Plus it's all an adventure.

Since I went monk, I now hang with alpha males. My life is mostly boring. After work, I just go online most nights.

BUT...

Even now and then I get a phone call "hey, you free, I have found an old bike engine for cheap, I need a man to help me move it"

It feels good.
