Pre-nups are far form ironclad. A lot of men fall for this false sense of security. Judges authority in most jurisdictions takes precedence over a pre-nup.

Lets see. Your going to sign a biased legal document that almost guarantee's your fucking. Then your going to sign another legal document that tries to limit your fucking from the first legal document you signed. Why sign any fucking documents! Even if she is wonderful today you have no guarantee she is going to be wonderful tomorrow. Now if your Brad Pitt...you can afford this shit and you will be OK. If you really need to live together with a women as part of a relationship, then I would argue not to get married, this is the strongest a man can be legally. But this is still kind of weak. Do not sign a living together contract. This can also entitel her to your stuff after a break up (if the relationship is quite long). Next put the house in your name, you make payments for the morgage, you pay the other bills, every thing of value (tv, car, repairs to the house, stuff you do not want to lose, even pets) you put in your name simply by paying for them and not accepting money from her for said stuff. She will pay for nothing other then mabye grocerries and her own clothes ect. This will make sure that if she wants to fuck you over that you can simply say. She was a long time guest and as you can see everything I have is mine I paid and did not recieve payment from her. She cannot get that stuff in a milion years if done propperly. Oh and another obvious one, keep seperated bank accounts.

Now ofcourse she will get cheap living rent free the ussage of your stuff probabbly. However if she leaves she leaves with nothing but her own crap, the rest is yours. I rather pay more now then to lose more later. But then again why go through all the hassle.
