I think redpill shares good information about relationships in general, however, holding frame is such a joke. Holding frame is a joke of 'I'm not affected and I won't falter.' That by somehow not being affected is a super power that women automatically fall in line behind.

There's just one flaw. You can't hold frame if you don't have leverage. Think about it this way, your employer says they are about to cut your pay 10%. You 'hold frame' and say you won't accept lower pay. The result depends completely on your leverage. If the employer thinks they CAN'T replace you, then they will not reduce your pay. If they think they can replace you, and you won't take the pay cut, they fire you.

Any man who is dating a woman that is remotely attractive and young has all the leverage whether you 'hold frame or not.' You can say 'I'm not putting up with xyz' and if the woman has more leverage (which she always will if she's attractive enough for you to want and play dumb fuking games with like holding frame), she'll fire you and move on to the next candidate who will accept her terms.

You can be a top tier guy, but you're still replaceable, your frame means virtually nothing. The only time 'frame' works is if the woman is significantly lower value than you and can't get other men, therefore you have the leverage. But who wants a woman that can't get any other guys? She's a 3/10.

Once you get married, whatever bullshit you tell yourself about frame evaporates completely. Why? Because you have NO LEVERAGE. Tell her you won't deal with 'xyz' she divorces you and takes your shit. Thank god you held your frame though, rofl.

Frame is an illusion of control. You have no 'frame' or 'leverage'. Frame is like a little kid saying he has the power of 'super strength', it doesn't exist though no matter how hard you envision it. It doesn't make up to reality. The only time frame exists is if you're dating a 3/10 that can't do better than you. Odds are she probably CAN do better than you if she has looks and youth.
