This is probably stupid thing to mention and it's not big of an accomplishment like yours but first time in 10 years, my weight has dropped to 80s from 90s. It's 89,7 kg to be exact. My height is 190cm. I'm not on extensive diet, just eating small portions and havr stopped eating unhealty food.

I pulled the trigger on a major home reno this week. Gonna set me back close to $15k, but that will be interest free for a year and then anywhere between 1% and 3% after (but hopefully paid down by then). The joys of having built up a solid credit rating!

All of my investments are made directly out of my paychecks or on payday (not this week), so my only market gains were due to general market trends (right now I only hold target or index funds).

My current obsession is how to accomplish a zero-tax income stream via dividends. Right now I max out my 401k, HSA, and Roth IRA. Then I toss in a couple hundred a paycheck towards my taxable account.

I'm starting to think that maybe I should forego the Roth and combine it with my taxable account but move all of that money into spread of funds (index or otherwise) that will give me constant stream of dividends throughout the year.

My 2 challenges are: 1) Which funds to accomplish this; and 2) Which broker will do direct deposit of dividends into a back account.

Much research is required. But my end game goal is to pay a little taxes as possible on my income as soon as I can support myself with investments.

I've been in my 59th year since last September, when I started a year-long project to learn--to performance standard--59 new songs for my repertoire. I'm ahead of schedule at 45 songs, with almost four months left to go.

Plans for the coming summer (next 93 days have 15 hours daylight or more) include frequent hikes with the objective of establishing benchmark values for (1) number of hikes taken, (2) distance covered, and (3) total elevation gained; the idea is to surpass these next year. Logged my first hike already (~10km, from 350m to 950m).

Two days ago I paid off my last loan. I was MGTOW before I even knew there was a term for it. Did this in a span of 3 years. Feels great.

I sledge-hammered concrete in my friend/roommate/landlord's basement so he didn't have to hire a contractor (I get a usable bathroom in my part of the house so I don't mind doing it for free). I broke another benchmark in my Savings (up to $3,500 and putting away just under a grand/month). I broke my 2 year mark in a supervisory role at my job. I starting buying necessities for dog ownership last week too, just waiting for the day to bring one home.
