Thousands of years ago, when we lived in small groups, in caves, mud huts and as hunter gatherers, sexual liberation would have been pretty widespread and even, among both men and women. There was no religion or real laws and certainly no abstinence until marriage (which didn't exist) etc.

But female nature dictates that they mate with the best genetics they can find and look for someone who can provide and protect for their offspring. This makes absolute evolutional sense.

We know from genetic studies that roughly only 30-40% of men from these times passed on their DNA, where as 80% of women did. Men (in general) just want to spread their seed, we are a lot less fussy who it is with. The nature of pregnancy also means women had to be more careful.

This however caused a problem, the majority of men were not able to mate and therefore they had little incentive to better themselves and their community. Many women would rather share the top men.

The solution to this was to (through laws and religion) introduce the idea of marriage and the agreement that in public, a man would only keep one woman. This was combined with only men being able to make money, vote (eventually) own land, livestock and businesses etc. This meant, that to survive each woman needed to find a good man to marry and mate with to have a family. It was unlikely she could survive on her own.

By giving a much larger percentage of men the chance to mate, this did 2 things:

1) It incentivised men to work harder to better themselves to find a good mate and to be able to provide for his family 2) It built the importance of the family unit above all else, because through this children develop the necessary skills and morals to continue the civilisation

These 2 things combine are what built and maintained human civilisations.

However, as a civilisation becomes richer and richer, women begin to want parity with men at every level. They want to be able to earn money, vote, run businesses, decide government legislation etc. They also want sexual liberation, to go back to their nature of hypergamy so they can find the best mate.

This has happened a number of times in the past (e.g. the romans) and has also happened recently over the last 50 years. Men have given up a lot of their rights and women have parity (and often much more) in most if not all areas of life. But the biggest change is in sexual liberation. Our primary point as humans is to reproduce, so it makes sense, that reproductive strategy would have the biggest effect on society.

We are now at the point, and have been for some while now, where women are reverting back to the natural instinct to mate with only the top men (genetics and resources wise). They can make their own money, get their own food and shelter and are protected by the government and police. Again, it make sense for them to do this.

This, however, means that men are beginning to walk away from society, why bother improving the world when there is nothing in it for you. Much better to focus on yourself and live an enjoyable life. It is also leading to the breakdown of the family unit as women break up marriages to look for something better, or just to win cash prizes.

As mentioned before, these two things are what helped build society and as they collapse so will the West. Slowly but surely over time as more men walk away and more women either have to do all the work themselves (which the majority won't) or have to rely on the government instead.

Society cannot be sustained as things are now, and it is why were are seeing such stagnation in wages combined with rising costs of living.

I have always been someone who believes women should have the exact same rights as men. That everyone should have equal opportunity, even if this doesn't bring equality of outcome. It makes sense and feels like the right thing to do.

But now I also see that it will be at the expense of what built the world we live in. The only way to save society in the west is to revert back to how things were 50+ years ago. But that will never happen, the thought of restricting women and especially their sexual liberation is just too uncomfortable an idea for the majority of people.

Even I wouldn't want to do it if there was another way, but their isn't and therefore we are stuck on the path we are on.

I am so thankful to MGTOW for teaching me a lot of this and making me realise there is nothing wrong (or selfish) about living life for myself and not for society. Because if I work hard to support a woman and a family I can have it all taken away from me in an instance and damage my physical, mental and financial health.

So for any of you out there still on the fence, let me tell you, it is ok to walk away, there is nothing to be ashamed about. Nothing can be done to change the path we are on and it is only going to get worse.

Eventually once things begin to completely fall apart again, I hope society will revert back to what works to make a civilisation grow and thrive. Most importantly, maybe this time we will learn the lessons of female sexual nature and we won't go through the whole process again.

I sure won't be about to see it. But perhaps the amount of evidence that will be available will be so indisputable that we don't allow it again.

But then again, maybe not..........

I really wish I could see what happens over the next few hundred years.

Anyway, these were just some of the thought going round my mind this evening, I wonder if you guys agree with what I have said, or can add anything further too?
