This is a problem. You can't do that. It isn't respectful to yourself. It isn't respectful to the relationship and it isn't respectful to her. You wouldn't want to be in a relationship with a person who acts toward you the way you are act toward your wife. She doesn't respect you and you need to tell her that you have been playing a part in and take responsibility for a part of this problem in your relationship but you are going to try to change it and you would like the two of you to work on it together but if she isn't going to respect you you are not going to accept it anymore.

I've come up with this thing about MGTOW. MGTOW is about requiring mutual respect in a relationship. Just so happens that women won't give this, therefore MGTOW. If there was today a woman who would agree to mutual respect Many MGTOW might consider a relationship.

You and your wife have to come BACK to a place of mutual respect and you both have to work on it. But you can demand/require it of a relationship and if it isn't possible then you need to consider ending the relationship.

Attraction cannot be negotiated. Spin plates. Or contact Rollo Tomassi (he does some personal coaching) on how to get your wife back. That will probably include getting back in shape, talking and spending time with other women and gaming your wife. Nagging women have no attraction.
