He's natural... lmfao. All jokes aside he does have some very good bodybuilding supplements. His bcaa's are top notch. He is also has some very nice meal replacements and additives. He might be a dumb juice head but his company, 5% nutition, is pretty legit.

Piana is a colorful but vulgar personality who is not even 50 and is knocking at death's door already. If he survives maybe he'll learn, but I doubt it.
