A guy I know, earns great money, solid upstanding citizen, couldn't even get joint custody of his children. The ex, never worked, takes drugs and still has full custody! He has to pay child support, and alimony! The judge said as long as she continues in a drug treatment program, she gets custody! And believe me! I'm not making this up!
