As a woman, I find this to be a terrible idea. 90% of women in the workplace use the workplace as 100% of their social fulfillment. They do about 5 minutes of work, then talk for twenty five. It's aggravating. I come to work to work, I can be friendly to people without compromising that. It's asinine how much productivity is wasted with women in the workplace. Also, there is always at least one apeshit bitch who starts spreading rumors or trying to get someone fired. If given the choice, I always always prefer to have a male boss. I don't like my career advancement being impacted by not smiling wide enough when they told me how much Kohl's cash they saved six fucking months ago.

I like how their first example is a place that has only been open for a month. This article smells like native advertisement, aka an article these female spaces paid for to promote their business.

I would put money on all 3 of these spaces failing within 1-2 years. These business are trying to cash in on #metoo craze but they are already too late, that fad ended after the Alabama election.
