I went on Google's website looking at the jobs they had today. Anyway at the bottom of the page I found this little nugget below. They say they want equal opportunity. They are saying they are an affirmative action employer. It looks you better hope you are on their list of right people to be employed and celebrated if you want a better chance of a job with them.
