Very unusual that Australian police decided to charge the woman in this case. Usually police will take the point of view the woman is never wrong and simply charge the man. A rare example of the pussy pass being revoked in Australia.

Another example why one should know their rights. The man waited too long before he defended himself. At the time he approached the woman she did not pose an imminent threat to his safety. On top of that, he was the one to approach. He was then held liable for hitting her as his life was not in jeopardy.

It may feel good for about 10 minutes, but a few years of having your ass played with in prison will not feel so good. Plus if you are slapped with a felony for a second degree assault and battery charge you will not be able to get a career going after prison. The lady did not learn her lesson and he ultimately is in a much worse position.

Crazy how even MGTOW applaud this behavior when it is demonstrably foolish. What this man did was not in his best interest and he played right into her hand. She will get a light sentence while he will have the book thrown at him.

If someone is harassing you when driving you should attempt to let them pass. Slow down and call the police to report their plate. Make the pigs do the work for you. The cops will follow up and if you record the event(get cameras preinstalled) the perp will be sent to jail or prison. You are only legally allowed to defend yourself if you have a legitimate and demonstrable fear for your safety or life.

It does not matter what you are personally think you can or should do in these situations. It only matters what the law says. That is unless you don't mind: being slapped with a felony charge, losing any chance at having a career, being unable to rent a new apartment not in the ghetto if you lose your home,Donating 3+ years in state prison being used as a sex slave and then dealing with the emotional trauma this creates.
