A new waitress at my restaurant tried ranting at me and one of the other male staff about the toilet seat being up one morning this week (it had been left up to empty the mops from the night before). I also spoke to other staff and she had apparently PUT A FUCKING SIGN IN THE RESTROOM telling the customers to put the seat down. Fuck.

It was my pleasure to fire her today.

In my case, I got reprimanded by my boss in front of the whole department at the next staff meeting. But this is Sweden of course.

I didn't apologize and never put the toilet seat down though.

Where did this whole toilet seat thing come from in the first place? Is it supposed to be some form of chivalry? They can’t have it both ways. If they want to be equals to men, it’s time for them to accept that they don’t get special treatment. If a man goes into a restroom and the seat is down, he simply lifts it up. He doesn’t complain about it or make a sign. Women need to abide by the same societal rules. That’s what equality is all about. Be happy, feminists. You’re winning!

The sad thing is that they need us, they wont admit that, they want to be independent but they will complain about the downsides of it, and the man will be the scapegoat, but if he tries to help her he's considered the opressor because she thinks shes independent, if disagree with her you are sexist asshole too. There's no way to win, that's why it's useless to talk with some women about ANY subject because they'll turn it into a gender issue, that pisses me off. These women hate men but want to be like them tough, they to be in the marines, they want to go to the barbershop for men and when they are told it's only for men they get mad about it. In the end they want to be like men but they'll never be. They are in a sad and ridiculous situation but they dont recognize that and never will. That's why I very proud to be a man, because in human specie the man gender is the most powerful and smart. Never fall for that guiltrip that you are the opressor, you are able to do things that a women never will be able to do even she tries hard. You were born to be a leader at least of yourself. You weren't born to live like a slave. The most powerful thing in MGTOW is not the message of non-marriage, it's the message that you are powerful you are capable of doing the most great things(history proves that) and you should be proud of that, you should be strong as the feelings you have in your heart. Never fall for this modern guiltrip, never feel ashamed for being a man but feel strong and proud. That's MGTOW for me, that's what gives me a reason to go strong on my own way, i dont want recognition from that, i want to be able to live like a man is supposed to be, conquering the things I want and so on. Modern society is trying to kill our souls but they never will and this sub proves that.

Westerners, can someone tell me what's wrong with you guys and toilet seats? I mean, especially the women, the toilet seats aren't that heavy to lift, it's not like it's made out of 1 ton of uranium.

I don't quite wrap my head out of it, probably because I prefer squat toilets. No more shit like this.
