You "need" physical attention like you "need" millions of dollars. It's simply an illusion because you cannot be content just sitting there by yourself.

My opinion is to assume celibacy and make your life as meaningful as possible without sex; have a fap every once in a while, but the less you fap the better it's going to feel when you do. Then, if a female comes around and makes it clear she wants sex you can give it to her, but going out of your way to get it is a huge waste of time.

Most of the time it's not worth it. Here in the US the girls go free most of the time and the john gets hit with jail and they make sure your employers know so you will be fired. If you must take a trip to a bunny farm in Nevada. They are clean and if you get on a membership to one of the big casinos they will even give you free rides to one. But if it's not legal I would suggest getting a toy.

If you are in the US where it is illegal I would suggest taking a vacation to San Diego once in a while. From the airport it is a short trip across the border to Tijuana and just ask any taxi driver to take you to Adelita's. They will know what that means.

If clubbing's not an option and a fleshlight won't do it a hooker is your next best option but pls do yourself a favor and research on the area + escorts. Make sure it's legit. Checkout the escort sub there's some good stories to learn from. There was a story not too long ago about a man who went to take her back to her place. They got to the apartment complex, she said something along the lines "give me the money and I'll go freshen up in apartment (insert number here) while you go find parking".
