She wants to "reform" these two items:
1. Cohabitation laws to allow "sharing" of the assets AFTER the unmarried partnership ends (in other words make the cohabitation as legally-binding as the marriage is.)
2. Instituting the no-fault divorce which they apparently do not have in Britain.
In short, she'd like to make the state-enabled robbery of the men's assets by women easier whether the couple was married or not. And how will that make the marriage a more attractive proposition? Well, she forgot to to tell us that....

This is the most disgusting article I've read in years. Only a shithead woman would complain against less divorces like this. She is literally complaining that guys are not getting divorce raped enough by materialistic cunts and that people are cohabitating to test their relationshits before getting married (like you should) because this doesn't allow the woman to steal assets from the guy.

Marriage laws forced people into mere co-habitation. So the solution is to make co-habitation laws more like marriage laws?

UK cohabiter here, bought a house 5050 with my GF I earn approx 175% of my gf wage yet we pay exactly the same amount into our joint account for house and vet bills.

We have been together 8 years in the house for 4, only because cohabitation is not a legally binding arrangment.

We are not getting married or having kids because of the overpowered state. If they introduce legal element to cohabiting I'll move out instantly (this may or may not break the relationship), i even have the house valued every 6 months for this eventuality.
