This story is enraging to say the least and will take a bit of time to explain.

I've worked in a hospital for 5 years.

My track record is stellar. 3 sick days total in that time and many awards from the hospital.

Yesterday I was nearly fired. 3 girls under the age of 25, myself 31.

Girl one. 22. White. Thin (has an eating disorder)

Girl two. 22. Black. Thin, single mom.

Girl three. 25. White. Land whale, disgusting.

There's a reason I'm listing them off and I'll make my point soon.

These women are entitled and the biggest, lazy pieces of shit I've ever encountered in any work place.

Girl 1 details... This woman has cheated on all of her MANY boyfriends. She made multiple attempts to ask me to hook up. I denied her every time because she's a nasty whore and I don't shit where I eat.

I've called her out for her lazy behavior many times. We've had problems for years. She often does not show up for work.

The first day I met her she brought up how she was single. A lie. In an attempt to hook up.

She has multiple crying fits at work as she cannot handle her emotions.

She has confided in me her own mother told her that she doesn love her. Shocker. Plus she doesn't eat. She drinks miles of diet mountain dew. One 12 pack in am 8 hour shift. The girl is Fucking nuts.

Girl 2...

Girl 2 is worse than #1.

She has been arrested for breaking her protection order against her baby daddy and put in jail (missing shifts). She has brought her own child into the ER because she so Fucking broke she cannot get someone to watch her kid.

We work in an Emergency room.

She does not work. Shocker. She has put nude photos of herself up on Snapchat. I'm talking fully naked.

When I reported her for multiple violations of conduct she lied about me coming into work saying I called her a "slave" and that she was to do what I say. Then girl 1 lied for her to back her up and support her.

She leaves for multiple breaks. Is disrespectful to everyone.

Girl 3...

Legend has it the beast is still in the southern Pacific Ocean...

This woman is obese. 5'4" and probably 400lbs. She is beyond lazy. She has a fake handicap tag to park close to all things. She eats and gets food everywhere. I mean everywhere.

Licks her fingers and then types away on the computer. She lies about " back injuries" so her workload can light.

She is trying to fraud social security to get on disability. She talks too much. She has shared that her doctor has no evidence that she has back problems.

2 weeks ago she worked 6 hours. She worked on one patient, for 10 minutes. The biggest piece of shit I've ever known.

Now. I called out girl 3 for her lazy behavior. Apparently calling her lazy caused her to get "great stress and he made me cry".

So she started a petition at work. She asked people to sign it. Petition was "has Dave ever said anything mean about me behind my back".

3 people signed it. Guess who.

Enter my director of registration. A woman with no education, fat and under investigation for making counterfeit bills. No shit.

2 months ago, my director and her family by marriage hit several Target stores and purchased items with counterfeit $100 bills. It was all over the news. Even went on msn.com. Her photo is on Targets crimestopper page.

Apparently she threw her family under the bus and pled no contest saying she didn't do it but her family did.

I don't think work knows about this. Our company is based out of Texas. We live in Nebraska. An employee at the hospital found out and told some people the news. My direct boss, a guy who could pass for a white knight simp. Came up to me and asked if I was spreading rumors.

I told him no, that I didn't know what he was going on about. He said "That's good".

In retrospect, you can't do shit if your face is in the news and people talk about it at work.

My director is related to girl 2 by marriage. I believe girl 2 is my directors niece.

So, yesterday I was coached for violating work standards of conduct.

Total bullshit, those girls lied and conspired. The 3rd girl, the landwhale, even told another coworker that her goal was "to get me fired". That coworker told my boss, my boss did nothing.

My director read off the "violations" as reported by those 3 girls. Even listing lies that were new to me from apparently 3 years ago. I told my director that she was unprofessional for bringing up hearsay that had never been brought to my attention many years ago and that it's very convenient that it's brought up now.

So basically these girls who do not work get no punishment. And I got the shaft.

I'm polishing up my resume today and will hopefully be out by the end of the month.

WTF.

Apparently being accountable and working hard does not amount to shit. Epically when feminism runs industries.

The entire nursing staff is appalled at what happened to me. I've had several physicians and nurses ask if I was okay. They know those girls are lazy pieces of shit.

The longest serving nurse looked at me in her power chair, a 73-year-old woman, and said "young man, get the fuck out of this place, you're too good for this shit".
