To be fair, he does admit that he was a bit controlling and argumentative, but I’m sure that the emotional pressure was great. That being said, her ghosting him like that is bogus. He’s better off, especially if the cancer comes back. Let her deal with that shit on her own.

I'm sorry, but given what he went through to help her through the hardest part of her life and still maintain outside of that situation, the man's entitled to some bad behavior just due to the stress. Doesn't necessarily make it right, but it's understandable.

Still, women are children, and like children they don't understand why other people can be negative around them, so they just interpret it as them being mean. The man basically saved her life on multiple occasions, but that doesn't matter now: she got what she needed out of him and now that she doesn't need him it's time to move onto another guy who isn't spent and mentally broken by the ordeal.

Thing is, cancer can and does come back, and if you want to jettison the person who was there for you as much as he could for a string of random dicks who don't care, that's on you when the doctor asks you to sit down because he's got bad news.

As for the guy, his tone clearly indicates blue pill/simp tendencies, but I also think that after what she put him through and what she did after it was all over, I think he's basically put himself in this state mentally so that he can justify the hardship to himself. I mean, if I tossed that much of myself into the ether and all it got me was abandonment, I'd probably twist things around in my head that it was somehow my fault so that at least things would be in my control.

I was watching a show about a really overweight woman who was losing weight on one of them science channels. The man was getting more and more jealous and controlling as she was losing weight because he thought she would leave him when she got thin. Like it or not this sort of jealous controlling nature is toxic and symptom of a beta. A lot of men might not like to admit they act like this, but if they do, they need to sort that shit out and man themselves up. It's very important to look at yourself in the mirror and not blame ONLY women for all the defects you might have and not notice. I am willing to look and myself and know all my fucking defects because I want to drop them. That's called red pilling.

Women are not going to stick around a man who acts like that. (not that you should care if they do or not) If you're not willing to admit your failings, you're just sabotaging yourself so getting mad at me for mentioning it isn't going to help you. The Red Pill will in that regard. I consider self improvement a hobby so for me it's like a game to see which areas of my subconscious I can rewire and how fast. I treat my emotional side like I'm training a dog basically because it's exactly what I am doing.. it's an unruly part of my being that learns through stimuli response.

After enough practice you can hold frame despite the ever wavering comings and goings of emotions.. the new ones cultivated through practice, and the old ones that come through habit... the emotions don't control you anymore, they are merely just there.... it's hard to explain, you just have to experience it. Emotions are not reality. They are reality through distorted perception.
