By MGTOW experience you mean doing stuff on your own without answering to someone else or being funneled into a love interest? Or do you mean actual pre-made protagonists who shun relationships and being tied down?
If the former, there are several. The Persona and Baldur's Gate (not Dark Alliance) series present you with numerous options to enter relationships -- even simultaneously -- as well as the option to go solo and ignore them, or be distant at least. For construction there's stuff like Minecraft. For exploring, No Man's Sky is a great Zen experience that makes you feel alone in a vast, beautiful galaxy (it's way better now than at release). For survival, there's Unturned, 7 Days to Die, DayZ, The Forest, etc. For a (realistic) he-man car and four-wheeling experience, Spintires is pretty fucking awesome.
If you mean characters written as MGTOW, that's much more difficult. The Witcher comes to mind, but I'm not 100% convinced Geralt isn't just a blue pill that tries to be a PUA.
...I'm actually drawing a blank past that. Characters that explicitly shun romance or relationships are not common at all in games unless they're going to turn around, e.g. Squall from Final Fantasy VIII.

Might be one what? I found it kinda hard to pull a position out of that conversation, like most of them. That's why I'm not sure.... A lot of the game he's a walking venereal disease that bangs anything not male, while the rest of the time Yennefer leads him around by the nose (at least in the third game).
