Chad from the movies is the good looking muscular jock, but we also see this version of Chad push nerds into lockers and treat normal people like shit.

I don't see what's alpha about that. What's alpha about bullying smaller/weaker kids? I understand that treating women like ''shit'' (basically just standing up for yourself and being called an asshole in return) can work but I fail to see how bullying works.

There are real chads who don't treat people like shit, I know them because I'm friends with them; I've seen them, they can tease women, use game, look like 'assholes' etc but they don't go as far as bullying nerds.

In fact, most real life Football quarterbacks etc in American high-school have a range of different personalities; some of them might be into 'nerdy' stuff like WOW yet you'll never see a movie portray it like that, besides maybe 21 Jump Street.
