The wage gap does exist, but in the opposite way. Men work harder and longer in more dangerous jobs yet the difference in real wages is minuscule. Something is off there. Women are getting quota hired with inflated wages.

Furthermore, women have more access to scholarships, social benefits, and relationship benefits, while men essentially pay for all of it. There aren't very many men out there coasting through life on alimony and government aid.

The wage gap does exist, and it's fairly large, just not in the way most people think.

Honestly, just make wages public information and all of this bullshit wage gap crying disappears. The only reason it's a thing is because wages are a private matter that people don't regularly share with each other. This would also help individuals from both genders who are getting epically screwed by their employer when they find out their fellow employees who are at the same position or below are making more.
