If the situation were reversed and this was a home raid and there was video of the homeowner looking at the police, acknowledging them, then opening a drawer and drawing a weapon, that would get you a premeditated charge.

I cannot see where he was standing and I have not seen the evidence. This appears to be an arrest. And she was a licensed bail bond agent. Was he a felon attempting to flee the arrest? In some jurisdictions, it is legal to shoot a fleeing felon.

In any case, her calloused demeanor is not masculine, it's just another sad example of when we allow women to take male positions.

She deliberately reached into a drawer to get a gun, shot him down. It took her 6-10 seconds to do just that, then she cocked her pistol then shot.

In those close quarters if this was self-defense she never would have had time to get her weapon. This is pure murder. If this was a cop, he'd be in jail.

Bail enforcement officer aka bounty hunter have a lot of leaway on what they can and cannot do, more than cops sometimes. How ever there are limits. Female bounty hunters can shoot people in the back. Don't talk to cops without a warrant or lawyer. Never talk to bounty hunters you are under no obligation to do so.

They handcuff the guy but surely even with handcuffs he would be able to win a fight (which clearly he didn't want to start, just flee).

Just keep the guy busy and call the police beforehand or when you're going to the toilet.
