I believe 'its their nature' is a fallacy, let me explain why. It is in men's nature to murder, and yet we try not to because we know first and foremost we will be punished for it, which is a threat to our survival.

So first thing off the bat, a person is a product of what they're allowed to be. What you're allowed to be has to do with how you're raised, and how you're raised has to do with what is the social norm in society.

Therefore I propose that women are the way they are because society does not punish them enough for dishonesty, theft, manipulaton, etc.. Society punishes all of men's bad behaviours which usually fall in the physical violence realm, but society actually rewards psychopaths, who end up being ceos, politicians, and judges.

So the core problem is not women's nature, it's the failure of society to acknowledge psychopathic behaviour as equally bad as physical violence.

Allowing women to cheat and divorce with 50% of assets is just an extension of that core problem.
